today had trng.sumone had a black face and wanted us to serve 100 balls ovr.we had been trng for like 1/2 hr liao la.then he told us no 100 balls,no break.fine.then aft a while he told us to gather.then ask those using underhand(Charissa,MingEn,JiaHui,AiHui) to serve 3 balls ovr continuously.at the end total up the amt of balls that did not go ovr and the rest had to run that no. of rounds.in the sun.VERY NICE.then had to serve 3 balls ovr each aft tt.2 times.then had a break.WTH.DEHYDRATION.
then trained formation.1 ball;12 ppl.aft tt ball roll away or sumthing we haf to get it back.then sumone got into a big temper.say wad we can get into top 4 in the north.YEAH LIKE RIGHT.our standard is dam low la can.no comments la.
aft tt went j8 wif Adeline.walked ard then met XiuHui,Cheryl Ng and her friend ChunHui.Cheryl,ChunHui adn Adeline were primary school friends la.haha.CH was their pri sch's top PSLE scorer.haha.a bubbly girl.kind of eccentric.haha.knows Shermaine!lol.
they dragged me to watch Step-Up.I ran away.haha.
